Unable to keep their sticky fingers to themselves, a bunch of clever gamers have gone poking around in Call of Duty: Ghosts’ code.

 

The curious fellow turned up over a dozen lines with the string “dlcweap”, all of which also include the word “purchase”.

 

It looks like the weapons will come in at least three different packs, labelled 02 to 04; maybe there’s a fourth one, 01, which will be free?

 

The strings give a few clues about what kind of weapons or add-ons we’re looking at, with words like “thermal”, “silencer”, and “shotgun”.

 

Ghosts to spawn DLC packs? Now we may rest easy.
